These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all students (“Attendees”) who register for and/or attend the Crochet Workshop (the “Event”) hosted by Hair Candy Extensions Ltd (“the Organiser”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a place, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All payments are non-refundable except where the Event is cancelled by us (see Section 6).

• Early-bird discounts only apply within the advertised timeframe.

2. What’s Included

• Attendance at the Event on the scheduled date and time.

• Demonstration by the lead educator.

• A Completion Certificate (for professional development only).

• Any items specifically advertised as included (e.g. refreshments, goodie bags).

3. What’s Not Included

• Travel, accommodation, meals (unless otherwise specified).

• Personal hair tools, kits, or products unless explicitly listed.

4. Participant Conduct

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the session, and no refund will be provided.

• Recording, live-streaming, or distributing Event content is strictly prohibited unless we grant written permission.

• Respectful behaviour towards staff and other participants is required at all times. We reserve the right to remove anyone causing disruption without refund.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• The Event is for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding your future income, clientele, or professional success.

• You are responsible for your own practice, health, and safety when applying techniques learned.

• We expect all students to have a basic understanding of cornrows, as this knowledge is essential to fully benefit from the class. If you choose to attend without this prior knowledge, we cannot be held responsible for any difficulties in understanding or keeping up with the class content. The liability for any lack of understanding rests with the student. 

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Event, except where required by law.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• If you cancel: Fees are non-refundable. In some cases, we may allow a transfer to another date or participant at our discretion, but you are expected to cover the difference in ticket price.

• If we cancel or reschedule: You will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date if available. We are not liable for additional costs (e.g. travel, hotel, childcare).

• Force majeure (events outside our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, illness, or venue closure) may result in changes or cancellation.

7. Certificates

• Completion Certificates are issued at the end of the Event to attendees who participate fully.

• Certificates are for demonstration of training only and are not a licence, qualification, or formal accreditation. This is not a requirement for crochet extensions.

8. Photography & Media

• We may take photographs or video recordings during the Event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included unless you inform us in writing beforehand. You can email info@haircandyextensions.com

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
